Modern Contempo was founded in 2004 following a transformative journey through Europe, where founders Char and Stan Akinfe were inspired by the artistry, craftsmanship, and architectural sensibility of contemporary furniture design.
What began as a vision to bring this level of design and curation to the Washington, D.C. area has evolved into a trusted destination for design-conscious homeowners, designers, and commercial clients alike.
